Rocs - Martinsburg

I normally don’t leave reviews on places unless they really upset me or they really impressed me. Today I was really impressed. I normally stop at this Rocs gas station on my way to and from work in the mornings or even in the afternoons if it calls for it. Every once in a while I’ll actually go into the store and get a breakfast sandwich or something to snack on while I’m working. It’s always clean and the people are always very friendly and forthcoming. Today however I got a sandwich, one of the pre-wrapped ones at the front that you pick up on your way out. It was called a hillbilly breakfast sandwich, and it peaked my interest because the only other one there was a bacon, egg and cheese and I just wasn’t interested in that this morning. Come to find out, this breakfast sandwich had some kind of roast beef on top of it with caramelized onions, provolone cheese and a fried egg on top of a biscuit. It is probably one of the best breakfast sandwiches I’ve ever had in my life, no exaggeration. I was pleasantly surprised to bite into that and find it sweet and savory and still soft from sitting out at the front. I highly recommend if you stop at this Rocs local market that you pick up one of their hillbilly breakfast sandwiches. I’ve never heard of them before, I’ve never come across something that’s similar, but it has changed my outlook on the way I eat breakfast.

I came in for lunch today 4/10/20 at 12.00pm noon and was very impressed with the safety procedures the gentlemen make my food was taking. He changed gloves every time he handed someone there food. and also washed his hands before putting fresh gloves on. Great job this employee should be rewarded for this with everything going on. Great job!

Terrible store, wonderful employee! I went in looking for something that I needed urgently and couldn't find it. I asked one employee who completely ignored me! I then went to who I thought was the manager but was just another random employee, her name was Sara. She managed to help me find what I need and told me if I ever needed anything again then to come find her personally. I have never in my life seen such a polite young person hold herself the way she did. So if you read this, Sara, thank you so much for helping me the other day, I really appreciate it!

Has all fuels, diesel and bio diesel. Points rewards card for food and gas points discounts. Inside restrooms and excellent made to order sandwiches and subs and full course meals. Beverages of all types including alcohol and hot coffee and chocolate. Free parking. Snacks and candies. Convenient market.

I eat there all the time for lunch and the foods is always really good i love there bq ribs awesome but they only sell on weekends now i did eat breakfast there before had a bacon and egg sandwich great and the workers are always nice and friendly.
