Outback Steakhouse - Martinsburg

The food at this restaurant was excellent, but what really impressed me was our server, Shawn. I have never had a server who knew the perfect balance of being attentive without being overly intrusive. He was also very knowledgeable about the menu, drinks, and the restaurant's signature policies and history. The prices were a bit high, but it's not a fast-food chain so that was to be expected. The only downside was that my quesadilla was made incorrectly with mushrooms, even though I had requested for them to be left out. However, it was quickly corrected without any hassle.

I had a fantastic experience ordering online last Thursday. I ordered the Crab/Steak combo with a blooming onion. I requested a rare steak with Marsala wine sauce, and it was possibly the best steak I have ever had. The person handling the to-go service was efficient, and my order was ready when I arrived. I have no complaints whatsoever. The only downside was the high price, but I will definitely return when I am able. Great job, guys!

I went here for lunch today and our server Shawn was incredible. He took such great care of us and was incredibly attentive. He had an awesome understanding of my gluten allergy and made wonderful suggestions. The food was Outback's normal awesome but I really appreciated the exceptional service! I'll be back!

Wow! About a year ago we had such horrible service that we didn't want to go back. This time? Felt like a complete 180. I don't know what happened, whether it was a change of management or what, but the service was exceptional and the food excellent. Family of four with several dishes and a couple minor requests with how we wanted our food cooked, but our waiter (Joe) handled it all with ease, while also being very welcoming and accommodating. There was a totally different, friendly atmosphere altogether this time. Hopefully they keep this level of quality up, because this is what would cause me to come back.

We had delicious food and drinks at this restaurant. We had Tori as our server and she was incredible - the best! We really enjoyed our experience.
