Little Caesars Pizza - Martinsburg

Good luck getting everything you ordered. Every time I order these kids, I always forget something. Then the customer service refuses to send items back. But you'll get your money back in 10 working days.

Came in with a big order and meagan and aj helped helped me with my order they both had outstanding customer service! They said it would be about a 20 min wait do to the amount of pizzas i ordered and how busy they were and them being the only 2 in the store i saw they had me out faster then 20 mins! While still serving other customers thank you both for being rock stare employees yall deserve a raise!!! I hope corporate sees this an truly blesses them both!!

They always do good with the pizzas, but are often severely understaffed.

My family has ordered pizza from Little Caesars numerous times within the last 5 or so years. There was possibly a change to the way the pizzas were produced less than a year ago (roughly) that caused me to dislike it more. I did like their pizzas in the past, but now the crust of these pizzas appear pale in color and less fluffy. This also impacted the sauce to cheese ratio of the pizza, making it less favorable to me. However, no pizza chains can beat the price of Little Caesars at $5. I am sure this pizza will appeal to some people, but it might disappoint those of you who had Little Caesars before now.

Got the stuff crust cheesy pepperoni pizza 1st time. Very good, but I , myself will say light on sauce..Employee's are very nice polite..Place was very clean also. Thanks guys!! #2Hot2Cook!!
