Arby's - Martinsburg

I would just like to give a heart-felt thank you the Employees at Martinsburg Arby's. I had to put my dog to sleep today at 1:30 and we left about an hour before the appointment so I could drive him around and buy him a sandwich. I was a HOT MESS. The line was a little long so I went inside explained to them I had limited time with my dog and they RUSHED his sandwich hot and fresh. Only enjoy that steak burger, I know it cost a little more, but well worth it!! Real burger instead paper thin stuff like McD's, BK, OR WINDY'S!!

Always enjoy eating at this Arby's. Have yet to get a wrong order at this one. Don't eat here very often mainly because of trying to reduce eating out as often. Always love me a beef n' cheddar though and the sandwiches are always made timely and neatly.

Im not huge on fastfood but have a palate for Arby’s. This used to be my favorite Arby’s to visit but over the last year it has became a disappointment every time Ive visited the place. Forget talking about the quality of the food, because we cant even get helped or served here anymore. Ive tried to go there 3 times now this week alone and simply can not get waited on.
