I ordered a spaghetti with meatballs. They gave me the plate with the cold meatballs fresh from the fridge. They warmed it up for me. I wanted to eat it but it tasted very strange. I returned it and didn't even get an apology. They did not refund the money or the ticket. They also do not have a complaint book. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch

Whoever collects bills also seasons the dishes by hand, without gloves or utensils. It's gross and dirty.
