Bidra med feedbackA very extensive menu, there is literally a little of something for everyone. But the food is bland and the presentation loveless. Anyone that gives this restaurant a high rating understands nothing about fine dining. We had the portobello mushroom appetizer, the octopus appetizer and...the shrimp skewers. The wine list is unpretentious, average wines with nothing spectacular.
A very nice place, with an excellent atention and food. The prices are adequate. Excellent for dinner or lunch.
The best attention you may have in Buenos Aires. The best food. Agradable place. Awesome. They have a goo variety of wines, and very good variety and option of food, since Mediterranean seafood, pastes, Argentinian barbecue and others. The deserts are fantastically,I suggest the chocolate...volcán (it a kind of Pettit Gateu).
Big menu and all good. Comfortable, great service. Experienced family in gourmet food. Loved appetizers, pasta, desserts.
While staying in Recoleta, we had relatives take us to El Candado, as they live near the restaurant. Even though they took us home afterwards, we had taken a pesos) to get there, as they work into the early evening. Located in the Martinez/San...Isidro area with parking on the streets. It's assisted by a local older gentleman, who was tipped afterwards. Everyone was ordering Italian, so we did also. I had chichen/spinach pesos), while my wife had Chicken Risotto with pesos). It was completely full, so thank goodness we had reservations. The waiters were hopping all evening. Definitely a local crowd. We shared a flan afterwards. We both enjoyed our meals. If in the area, would definitely return. But wouldn't suggest a trip there from the city, for sole purpose of visiting the restaurant.
