We booked the day before by phone. The table was ready when we arrived for dinner. Fast service, good food (we had the goulash) and excellent desserts.
I celebrated my birthday here and it was great. We ordered the Gulash, the pork, the sausages, the transilvanian lamb, the Hungarian chicken and the Budapest fillet, which was far and away the best dish of the night. Then we had blackberry wood, Francia creams and rigos, but the absolute winner was the apple wood and the dobos.
If you are looking for a restaurant listed in Michelin's Guide Rouge, just show your GPS in a different direction. However, if you want an excellent meal at an extremely reasonable price, you should consider this place.
This is a restaurant within a club. They have a big variety of very good traditional Hungarian meals and also some typical Argentinean food, but it is a place to enjoy eating Hungarian dishes. It's not cheap but the sizes are quiet enough to satisfy your appetite. The place is old-fashioned and is not appropriate if you are looking for a classy environment.
