Domino's Pizza - Martinez

I ordered one pizza and tater tot bites for delivery. I received my order my order an hour and half.I called them after an hours and asked where was my pizza and was told the was an order 25 pizza ahead of my order and they would get it done as soon as possible. The app said it would only be 20 to 30 minutes for delivery. The driver was very confrontational and tried to make me understand that they had other orders before mine. He told me that it was 15 pizza they had to make before. That was only two of them There was no communication I wasted my entire lunch waiting for the pizza

I know Domino's Pizza gets a bad rap. In fact, I had not eaten Domino's pizza in decades because I recall it tasting like your average blend chain a la Pizza Hut or Little Cesar's. However, I did order a small cheese pizza from Domino's in Martínez on a whim last night. It was cold and rainy and I just didn't want to cook. I wanted something fast, easy, and cheap. So, I drove to Domino's to pick it up via curbside (free and no delivery fee) and it was ready. The employee was also very friendly. It was still warm when I arrived home eight minutes later. Much to my surprise, it was DELICIOUS. I expected bland Costco tasting pizza, but it was so much better than I had remembered. I believe they changed their recipe since my childhood because the crust was super garlicky and parmesan-infused. It tasted better than some other local places in the area. Now I'm a super fan and will definitely return in the future!

Always gotten take out from here. No issues with ordering through their app, and delivery times are quick as martinez is fairly small. Solid location!
