After several more or less bankruptcy managements, the property has decided to directly relaunch the restaurant, entrusting the kitchen to Fabio Rubbio, chef now known throughout the province for letting his work in several well-known premises as well as keeping cooking classes at associations, agencies and producers (very famous of pots that are making the round of the world. To accompany him in the adventure in the kitchen, his precious collaborator Daniela, no longer in the "apprentice" phase but already a woman of occupation. The room refurbished with a simple but pleasant decor, is composed of a couple of interior rooms and an outside that in this season is really perfect. The menu consists of a few dishes, many of which are very simple. But precisely in these and from these, you recognize the very precise and happy hand of the chef. A pasta with rare goodness, spaghetti with tomato seasoned with a sauce that really knows and finally tomato, risotto with Milanese, a mixed fried of fish and delicious vegetables and a lightness that you do not remember.... until you get to the desserts, one better than the other... But Bambù was born as a pizzeria and also here, I must point out, that especially lately pizza is really very, very good, light and digestible as few others. The list of wines is not infinite but it is definitely not in places like this that must be sought. Here is the indispensable above all with an eye on the prices never exaggerated. Speaking of the final account chapter, Bamboo never comes out with the “broken bones”. In fact, being in this relaunch condition, prices are very popular, indeed, definitely below average, despite not making discounts on the two Q (quality and quantity). Better things? Of course. Service that still doesn't fuel properly and marketing everything to think and build. But the assumptions to do well, there are really all. To try.
Il 9 marzo, insieme alle mie amiche, siamo andate in questo ristorante. La pizza era ottima e i dolci eccellenti, la cameriera era gentilissima così come i proprietari. Sicuramente tornerò.
