Bidra med feedbackAmazing pizzas with interesting combination of ingredients, made in a wood stove. I especially loved the sweet taste of the yellow Pomodori tomatoes on my pizza! I also loved the local red wine they serve (see picture). The atmosphere of the restaurant is beautiful: you have some tables on a terrace outside and cozy tables inside where they play stylish music. The staff was also very friendly. Our experience here was so positive that we might be back later this week. [edit: We went back, they were definitely the best pizzas we had!
Our favorite pizza place in Puglia. You are always booked so you need to get a table at least 2 3 days in advance. It's worth it. It is just a pizza maker on the helmet (highly trained you can see all its accreditations on the wall, which must take care of many tables and takeaway orders. The staff will understandably run off the feet, so if you turn off without a booking, you will not be surprised if they are exasperated and challenged, and cannot always find a table for you. Give them a break and be nice! When you sit, they are friendly, attentive and helpful. They even start talking and sometimes crack a joke: the pizza is simply excellent they have some of the classic plus some unique inventions and adjustments. There is also a really interesting selection of drinks it is a limited list, but good quality, with local craft beers, and beautiful wines. Thanks again to the great staff and the Pizza-Maestro!
Stylish pizza place with an impressive wood-burning stove that rips out the Neapolitan pizza of the highest quality. These pizzas are both creative and use some of the best dough I have tried. We went for two bianchi whites for a change. One with fine and sweet yellow cherry tomatoes, and the other with wood oven grilled zucchini and mint. The highlight on both was their signature Basilikum Pesto (without garlic). Delicious and very interesting. Great fior di latte too. You have a beautiful terrace. We had dinner and the atmosphere there is very soothing and soothing. Piano music, subtle crystal table lighting that makes your pizza look even more beautiful, and a large wood stove fire in the background. In addition, they had one of the most amazing red wines (local, from Martina Franca), which we are now looking for. Grazie is milled for an excellent evening to the very friendly people.
Hands down my favorite pizza in Puglia. The cook is a master! He's... there's plaques that say the wall. The demand is high here so book if you can!
One of the best pizzas we’ve ever had. I got the tuna tartar with pesto and it was out of this world! Service was excellent and an excellent wine selection five stars!
