Pizza Hut - Martin

I waited in line over 25 minutes to pick up my pizza. 10 minutes of that was at the window while people talked and did other things. To add insult to injury, the order was wrong. I asked for bacon and got sausage. The order receipt had the correct info, the pizza was done incorrectly.

Whoever was cooking at the Martin TN location made one of the best pizzas I have ever had from there. Was done so perfectly! We love this location, great service and amazing food.

We ordered 3 things, and only 1 was right. Ordered cheese sticks, got bread sticks. Ordered sausage mushroom pizza, got sausage only.

Pizza was not the way it looked in commercial. The cheese in the crust was NOT hot. The wait both in store and in drive-thru was incredibly long. Only had 1 person up front taking orders, checking out customers and running drive-thru. The assistant manager would NOT acknowledge customers in drive-thru. I will not be ordering anything else from this Pizza Hut.

I havent eaten at pizza hut in a long time. Recently we gave them another chance and boy we were pleasantly surprised. Keep up the good work!
