Couldnt have a better sandwich for lunch or diner.. Store is very clean.. Good rhythm of music sets of the atmosphere.. As far as the workers there didnt seem so happy nor like they enjoy working there.. Maybe thats why the personality was a little ? they are also very young probable first jobs.. Considering they have alot going on with school and work.. Been there!! The truth is, the food is too delicious ?. The service is sometimes very good, certain times it is where the person who takes your order seems to be in a bad mood or I don't know. The environment is well clean and organized.

Will never eat here again, went there on 12/1/2023, to get 2 subs,one was meat ball the other tuna,they put the hot meat ball sandwich on my cold tuna was so hot and heavy Squashed the tuna sandwich and it was so heavy the handle broke on the bag,stuff fell on the ground and I couldn't eat it called to speak to the manager of the store on Shorter Avenue. Said there was nothing she could do.Didnt offer to replace them or give me my money back. I want ever eat there ag.im very disappointed in them.

We love going to this Subway. When Malachi is there we love his service and personal touch. He makes a great and perfect sandwich and ensures that the items are always fresh. He is a great person and we enjoy seeing him when we go to get a sandwich. He is the kind of young person we need today. Please let him know about our review and reward him for his service. Ok. Got coupons in mail. Was able to use two of the coupons at the West Rome Subway. Tonight I went back to the same Subway and they stopped taking the printed coupons. I ask where the sign was that stated this and I read it and the reason was high costs of ingredients. The sign wasn't there three days ago. If Subway can't afford the ingredients they should not mail coupons. It really was great to use these coupons, but apparently Subway doesn't care about helping people with low income.
