Kampung Pelangi Banjarbaru - Martapura

Local tourism built along the river of Sungai Besar. It called Camp Pelangi because the coloring on every place and houser. With local wisdom such as mutual help and flock together, make this place always people while there is social event (Independence Day of Indonesian Republic, Idul Fitri Idul Adha Holiday, etc) or just television together at night.

I like the fact that they clean the river and the area and it has many places to hang on the side of the river. Many places that are "what the current Instagram users say" instagramable spots. There are warung/stands to choose would be better if they sell cafes or something, the right food and menu. When I was there, there were only Nasi Goreng and Indomia (Noodles). That means they turned the village pretty nicely. All they have to do is attract more sellers and keep the whole thing. Because it's beautiful!

Full colours, nice spot to took some picture when visiting Banjarbaru. One of the iconic place.

Ini adalah salah satu kampung yang berada di wilayah Kemuning. Kampung ini mulai tenar setelah ada program penataan bantaran kali. [translated by me] This place has sport spot and walking route along side the Kemuning river. Its a good place to play, especially for children, kids, boys and girls. This condition need good collaboration from government and the citizen because without good cooperation, this place wont last long. I hope this environtment will spread to another riverbank in Banjarbaru City and another regions.

Kampung pelangi or raibow village is one of the village which stretches along the small river.It is called so because all the houses are painted with colourful colour like a rainbow.
