Comfort Inn Marshall Station

Terribly rude front desk lady…they won’t allow you to bring a bottle of water into the pool area, much less a canned adult beverage. The rooms look okay upon first glance, but there were blood stains on our friends’ curtains and a lot of hair on the mattresses. Other than that, not terrible if you’re just looking for a place to crash.

Marshall Missouri was very nice and the staff here at the hotel was very accommodating very professional everything was kept clean and even served food in the morning this place is awesome in spite of covid they have maintained a high standard of quality service.

They said on the website it had jacuzzi a no jacuzzi it also said free breakfast from 6:30am to 9:30am we arrived at 8:40am and no breakfast the jacuzzi fir in the room said it was for two people and it just fit , it had no handle for people to get in and for safety reasons taking a regular shower in the room was unsafe because you saw the toilet slipped in the tub was broken not a very good experience best to pay the price we did , not to have what they said they had

You surprised me Comfort Inn!! We stayed here as a “lower budget” option to save a bit of money. I was completely impressed. Walking inside the place smelled very clean and did not seem dingy as I expected it might be.The room was very clean. Many times I don’t want to take my shoes off let alone socks, but out room was very clean and seemed updated. Had our stuff everywhere before I realized so didnt have a pic of the room. But other pics I saw reflected the room very well.Coffee, cold tea and lemon water was served 24-7. That was great considering we arrived later and had to stay up a bit working.Breakfast was very nice. Although limited due to Covid, there were many options of cereal, yogurt, power bars juice and coffee. They offered to even make us warm items like eggs or other optionsStaff was very friendly and attentive, wish I could remember namesThanks again for a very nice stay!!

Very clean, friendly staff, the rooms was great, indoor pool.... place was very welcoming.
