Hello, My wife reserves a table for 2, for 1 hour, by sms, we are positively answering this text. We go to the restaurant, we explain that we booked for 2 a.m. to 1 p.m. and that we would like to settle. And the guest answers us no but we don't make a reservation for 2 discounts. But in that case, don't tell me yes, it's good for 1 pm by SMS. Answer that it's not possible and I'm going somewhere else. So we find ourselves like two idiots waiting in a huge queue? For the cause we left. Very upset about this management. We moved for nothing while just telling us, by SMS, sorry but we are complete would have been easier. Since this restaurant does not include the word reservation, I take my time to give you the definition of this word. The reservation made in advance allows the customer to ensure the occupancy of a table.
