Not very hungry we are at this small restaurant ideally located in a alley in quiet and fresh shade. the small well-chosen card promised fresh products and the dishes of the day, red or tarmac with the grilled aioli with fire of wood opened our appetite. I tasted a daurade while my companion was deducting a ham salad and absolutely divine corse cheese. Note that the rosé with pichet was particularly good, the best we found during our trip. We're leaving tomorrow and we're promised to have lunch again before we leave!
Within Marseille old town (Le Panier) and close to La Charité Museum. Excellent place for lunch with authentic Mediterranean - Corsican cuisine. Friendly folks. A nice place to enjoy a simple but very good lunch with fresh products.
Fresh (fish) products admirably prepared: delicious flavour and flesh, I was just two fingers to take over the daurade (coat with wood fire)! otherwise speciality corse and meat (not tested during this lunch) . mention very well for desserts and for the reception of valery. A real address!
We had a lovely lunch here. The owner was lovely and explained the menu to us and recommended a number of different dishes which ended up being excellent choices. Try the fresh fish of the day and the bocconcini à la corse, a traditional Corsican beef dish. Also try Corsicacola which is lovely sweet cola drink.
