Valentinas - Marrickville

An American diner concept, but classified upwards. I appreciate the attention to design and branding here. the room is pleasant kohesiw and comfortable. everything in there from the salt shakes to the dog shell on the footsteps just looks right. especially I love the coffee sauces. eating is inspired by american diner tariff, but obviously much better because this is Australian and marrickville is no less best kitchen in there world. However, they have an appetising page on American foods, with ingredients and perhaps not familiar here, such as tomatillo or cornbread. I liked my vegan breakfast sandwich. the fleshpatty was full of black pfeffer. it also had fennel seeds in it, which is a bit random but not bad. and the coffee was great (espresso, no American influence on the coffee thanks to quality) updated by the previous review on 2022-04-04

Really cool atmosphere and packed every time I’ve been. Only two options really for meals, but the vegan breakfast sandwich is so good I keep coming back! By far the best vegan sausage patty I’ve tried. Had the sloppy joe fries this time as well and really enjoyed them. I wish they explored making some of their other menu items vegan.

While the menu doesn't offer a wide variety, the vegan breakfast sandwich is incredibly delicious—it's so good that I don't mind the limited options. I wasn't really a fan of the vegan loaded fries or the burrito, though. Just stick with the breakfast sandwich; it's amazing! The doughnuts and pies are also really tasty.

The breakfast bun is outstanding, especially with the avocado relish. It would be great to see more vegan options on the menu. I'd visit more often if there were additional choices. This is an update to my previous review from October 31, 2022.
