Bidra med feedbackThe most cosy cafe I have ever visited in Marrickville! Small but yet cosy; perfect for a cold rainy day where you can sit in for a nice cup of coffee doing some work.<br/ <br/ The dishes I would recommend is their açai bowl, so refreshing and you also get a few fruits in their too! I also highly recommend their halloumi, avocado, bacon with cherry tomato dish! Little did I know, I was going to finish the dish considering how much I hate bacon! But I ate everything and even wanted to lick the plate! That was how good it was!!!!!
We really enjoyed this cozy cafe with an essence of Middle Eastern cuisine. The food was so delicious, filling and beautifully presented! Between two people, we had 3 dishes and 2 drinks. It was a solid feed. <br/ <br/ Eggs Benedict $18.5)<br/ French toast $16.9)<br/ Braht bruschetta $17.9) <br/ Mojo mint frappe $7.5) <br/ Apple watermelon juice $7.5) <br/ <br/ Both the drinks were really refreshing. I preferred the mojo mint frappe. The juice was nice but lacked the vibrant colour in the frappes. <br/ <br/ The eggs benny was a strong highlight. A crunchy croissant, topped with smoked salmon, oozy poached eggs and hollandaise. No complaints here!<br/ <br/ I highly recommend the french toast. It had mixed berry compote and ricotta sprinkled on top which made it lighter than other french toasts I've had.The use of Turkish bread was unique and crunchy. The drizzle of maple syrup added a nice amount of sweetness. A perfect dessert to share after a meal.<br/ <br/ The bruschetta was generously topped with fresh veggies and tasty halloumi. A very healthy dish. <br/ <br/ Bf review: really great food, I loved the mojo mint <br/ <br/ Follow my foodie adventures on Instagram @hungriestsam
I loved everything about my visit to Kelby’s Marrickville. The food was so beautifully presented, with great flavours and the team were really friendly and attentive. We shared three meals between two, which was a lot of food as the dishes are quite generous in size. We loved popping the soft egg yolk baked into half an avocado on the Eggocado dish and that it came with plenty of bacon, feta and tomato salsa. The Klassic Beef Burger which we upgraded to be Hawaiian style with bacon, egg and pineapple was epic, huge! We also added the side of hand cut chips which were super crispy and delicious. The French Toast is a nice spin on the traditional style, using stacked Turkish bread fingers and I appreciated that the maple syrup was served on the side and was a plentiful serve. I had the coffee frappe with vanilla which was a nice chilled drink to have with my meal and I also enjoyed a latte. Overall, a great meal in a cool little cafe.
This is an amazing cafe! Loved every dish and the staff were very friendly!
Was absolutely blown away by how great this cafe is! They’re very busy on weekends but for a reason. Their dishes are creative, delicious and reasonably priced for Sydney. We ordered the Mixed Berry French Toast, Eggocado, Eggs Benny, and two frappes which are perfect for those hot summer days: Berry Bliss and Mojo Mint. Loved everything, but especially enjoyed the French toast. It was so moist but not too sweet, making it the perfect brunch dish.
