Waited 15 minutes to have order taken while we were the only customers in the store, 3 employees go over the register while we waited to order. No? It'll take a moment or something. Bad experience

I was in there a few minutes ago. Nothing was wrong with my smoothie, but terrible customer service. Two girls were in the store that counted the cups as soon as I went to them not welcome, they only looked at me as if we were living in the same household. The other girl in the register was very dry as she didn't want to be there. Don't come back to this place!! Not a pleasant experience and they pretended I got the smoothie for free.

Placed a mobile order while sitting in the parking lot, selected Starberry Hulk instead of Chocolate Hulk called in literally as soon as I checked out. Chloe told me my order was already complete and couldn?t be changed. No biggie I understood so I went inside still waited 10 minutes or more. I literally watched them make the order and when I asked why did she say it was complete and it wasnt she said she didn?t know. I purchase smoothies almost daily between myself, my kids, and my employees but since this is franchise I?ll call and make sure the Gretna location is a different owner and spend my money there. There?s always a wait so I knew there was no way my order was ready.
