Jimmy John's - Marrero

When it is good, it is great 90% of the time. The other 10% of the time is if you order and pick up after 8 pm because the night crew messes up your order and just stands there staring at you when you bring their mistakes to their attention. The African American female and the white male are rude and worthless. The night manager is clueless.

The bread is too thick and feels like you are bitinginto plastic.

So I decided to visit this JJ after about a year hiatus due to really bad service. Hoping they’d get their act together. But I was wrong. “Freaky Fast” does not decribe this branch of Jimmy John’s. There is zero reason why the drive thru at an establishment that has pre sliced meat and you only need to add condiments should take 10 mins plus when there is only 1 car in the drive thru and 2 people dining inside that already had their food and was eating. Also, they automatically put soggy lettuce and tomatoes on every sandwich I guess, even when you say you don’t want it. The owner needs to retrain his/her employees and have a better hand on the operation because this branch is a black eye on jimmy johns.Edit to add: Jersey Mike’s is the new king of fast sandwich shops. Step your game up JJ!!

I do not understand why they advertise delivery when they never do why I try. This is just bad business to advertise something that you do not do!!!!You can't blame it on COVID any more.
