Bidra med feedbackWorst Indian takeaway ever. Definitely not worth it. I had chicken tikka masala and potatoes curry with rice. Feels like I'm having rice with water no taste at all. I feel very sad about wasting for wasting my money.
I love this place. A regular standby when cooking is all too much. Good reliable food, not costly, served quickly and taken away. Good variety on offer seems to change regularly around the staples of Butter Chicken, Lamb Kofta and Rogan Josh, usually a spicier beef dish, plus a few vegetarian options. Naan is always fresh and tasty. Service also pleasant and helpful.
Very simple place, really best for takeaway as not much atmosphere. Food was lovely, service very friendly, great value...we’ll be back for sure!
We had 2 sets of the large curry and rice combo (had pick for 6 types of curries: butter chicken, mango chicken, fish, lamb and 2 portions of palak paneer), 2 naans (spinach feta cheese and garlic), tikka chicken and lamb samosa. Curries were quite sweet to my liking (find out later that i should had tried the beef vindaloo if i want something spicer). The naans were nice, fluffy and tasty especially the spinach fetta cheese naan. The tikka chicken was juicy and the lamb samosa was decent.
My husband and I always go to curry King every week for an amazing feed! The naan bread is always cooked fresh for us and there is so many different varieties. And the butter chicken is our all time fave big thick juicy pieces of chicken and a thick sauce yummy :
