Bidra med feedbackMy Pastrami Sandwich was very good except that they wrapped it in aluminum foil and then cut it in half which shredded the foil into the meat which caused an unpleasant electrolysis shock w/my fillings. I brought this to the makers attention and he had an Oh Well response. The older woman did not have much patience with me during ordering. I think they have been so successful that they are now taking their customers for granted. Although the food was good, the customer service was lacking. I did notice there were other places in town to eat in the future.
My wife and I had the roast beef sandwiches and they were good. The owner was friendly and the service was quite good. But the best part was the restaurant dog, Kyra!! She is a gorgeous two-year-old German shepherd and she happily begged for table scraps, which we gave her. Adorable little touch to a nice place to stop.
Amazing sandwiches made to perfection. We sampled several roast beef and corned beef sandwiches and all of them were delicious. Right ratio of ingredients. Excellent meats. Fresh vegetables. Nice matching of bread to meat.
I definitely recommend the number 37 38 and 39. Wow. Awesome and filling. And get yourself an ice cream scoop on a cone.
Excellent. Had a hot pastrami on sourdough roll. One if the best I've ever had. Ice for dessert was flavorful and perfect for a afternoon treat. Most of Markleeville closes for the winter so call ahead if this on your destination route. Worth going out of the way for.
