Yin Ji Chang Fen Warden Yín Jì Cháng Fěn Yín Jì Cháng Fěn Diàn

I came in at 12:25am for a late night snack. The first lady said they were open to 1:00am when she gave me my food, but the other lady just yelled “we’re closed” and then wouldn’t look at me.I understand that it was close to 1:00am, but there is a nice way to say, “i’m sorry we’re closing soon”. The cashier lady was kind of rude.The food was OK, not bad, but nothing amazing either.

We’ve had both take out and dine in experiences. Recently (July 2023), we noticed we didn’t get the 10% cash discount upon take out. When we asked, they said they didn’t do that anymore. Their service is fast and the food is hot.Their rice rolls is good and they offer variety. On two occasions we ordered congee and it is watered down. I would not recommend. I like their brisket, however, very few pieces of meat are given (like 5 small pieces).

Bare bones restauraby, quick efficient. Very good congee (toppings make it fresher/better). Okay rice noodle rolls bit soft IMO. Too bad they use disposable bowls for serving cut the waste!

From Canton to here but same tastes! Very authentic and delicious Chinese traditional steak rice wrap and congee! Very good quality! Highly recommended

A must restaurant to eat at everytime I come to Markham. Amazing chang fen, beef stew egg noodles, congees. Soy milk is the best!!!! Gosh. We were there 4 days and had two meals in this restaurant. Highly recommended.
