They did their best to help me learn how to use the tim Hortons app, as I just downloaded it, and went through with it slowly with me, helping me get through all the functions and details to use the app.

Looks like the morning lady grew up in prison, a bit of socialization and culture will help the employees here at this location. U get treated as if u owe these people. Don't go here if u don't want ur morning ruined.

This is one of the worst locations, from 10 times I have ordered here, at least 9 they messed up with something. Specially the evening/night shift

Was served the wring coffe in the am .And they did not want to replace it at lunch .They made it wrongAnd I pay twiceNever again . Terrible service

Poor service, always made mistakes for the order, gave wrong price, definitely need some management change at this
