This man is pathetic. Not sure if he is the owner but his attitude is like the customer is a a beggar and he does not want to talk to you except to get your money. A total piece of $hit

Extremely rude management. They think they’re doing us a favour. Very rude to customers when busy as if it were a bad thing! Screwed up my Jumbo pack order, chicken also dry and had seen better days, Fries were awful. Like. Chewing cardboard . No sign of Peri Peri fries . Disgraceful

Ordered takeout, when asked for extra sauce they started arguing and snapped. At one point manager started swearing and threatened to press charges of trespassing. I was so mad and I regret ordering and wasting my money.

I don’t now if the guy there is owner or the manager but, TO BE HONEST HE IS SUPER RUDE AND TREAT’S CUSTOMERS LIKE GARBAGE. MY PERSONAL OPINION AVOID THIS LOCATION. When you go out to have good time with friends and family and spending your hard earned money, This guy will ruin your entire day on freaking Sauce. Franchise needs to intervene because the way he treated us was just ridiculous. Shame on you!!!

Absolute cheap management and terrible customer service, They hire college student to serve and they basically don't give a damn! and neither does the management. Avoid at all costs!
