Yucks !The sheer plummet in quality is appalling. My recent encounter with the Handmade Brown Sugar Latte exposes an outright degradation, it seems they have started using low quality products.I could tell that they have switched to skimmed milk instead of whole milk.This is utterly unacceptable and reflects a disappointing lapse in standards.

Staffs have lack of understanding skills and do not listen to customer really well.and you can not even choose your sugar levels and ice

Boba selection is interesting although a tad more expensive than other chains. Seemed under staffed as drinks took a long time from order to serving and some orders were not correctly fulfilled (my friend bought a daily special a specialty drink and got 2 specials)

Great customer service : for a large order they offered to put names on each drink for us, so helpful! drinks are good, consistent.
