Five Guys - Markham

Did an online order and picked up in store. Got order home and 1 burger wasn't close to correct other than the bun and single pattie. This wasn't the first time this has happened at this location. Called the store and had to go back and have them make another one. I'm not sure why it is so difficult to make a burger to order.

Always try to stop here when needing a burger and fries lunch. Always get your monies worth. Usually too many fries.

First time at any Five Guys burger joint. Hear soo much about it from colleagues, friends, and family over the years. I thought the prices were high for a burger joint, but trust me, it’s not. The standard burger is a double patty and and the size of the burger is almost 3 times bigger than a McDonald’s Big Mac. They are very generous with their fries too. Whatever size you order, they dump another handful of fries in the bag as a top up, which to me works out to be another small fries. By the way, try the spicy fries, they are awesome and not really spicy as my 2 year old ate it at home. As for drinks, that is debatable, but I didn’t order any drinks since I did takeout. Last notation, they don’t have combos. If you love burgers and looking for a great burger joint to fill your stomach, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place. The staff is very friendly, as they took me through the menu and patiently waited for me while I thought through the process. I will definitely be back.

Just back after visiting and ordering a meal. Bit of a mess up so drove back to fix it. Manager Britanny would have none of it said it was our fault. No burger for you. Thanks but never again.

A burger, little fries and drink cost almost $18, too high a price for a bland and small burger. The patty was fresh but with no seasoning, the two slices of process cheese over powers the burger. Great system nice people, too bad this burger place can't seem to do burgers all that well.
