I have been to stay here twice would have highly recommend however I have paid for a stay and cannot get a response from them to arrange a date. Super disappointed find it really rude to be ignored! Rooms: 5 Service: 1 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Luxury

I would love to comment and say we had a fantastic stay at The White Heather but unfortunately this hasn’t been the case. In December I paid £180 for a voucher for the overnight hot tub stay deal (based on the fact it looked great and wanted it to be a nice gift for my other half). I’ve been trying to message to book in since May (Facebook messenger, email via phone) and didn’t have any luck with them getting back to me. Since then I have asked for a refund, based on the fact I can’t get booked in to use the voucher. I’ve been chasing this for the last couple of months, lots of messages read, phone calls etc. but again I’m still waiting for the refund and they haven’t been in touch to arrange this despite numerous (polite) emails, messages etc. it might not seem a lot of money, but it is to us and ultimately it was a birthday present for my partner which hasn’t come to anything. Really disappointed with this to be honest because it looks like a lovely place.

Booked for two nights room and hot tub was amazing. Could not fault the food massive portions and great quality. Will deffo return. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5

Staff artificial nails far too long using hands round cups which is not hygienic, dirty plates (dried on food) long hair should be tied back,and running fingers through hair is unacceptable, NOT recommendable

Recently visited a high time. an ideal location and well furnished. beautiful reasons for photo possibilities. the food was good as could be expected for the mass catering. overall really enjoyed the day
