We celebrated my mom's 70th birthday this evening at The Fitz! Drinks were well crafted. Appetizers were delicious. The pizza selection was great, and they were all cooked to perfection. The restaurant was spacious, tables were comfortable and the noise level was just right.

Great ambiance and spacious interior to maintain privacy between tables. We ordered three different pizzas Paris, Puebla, and Bronx. The toppings are a bit on the wild side but a fun adventure. The Paris was amazing and the Bronx (seemed like a safe choice) was pretty empty with hardly any toppings with mostly a zingy sauce. Service was good. Parking in the back but get there early!

This place just reopened on Monday specializing in wood fired and deep dish pizza. I ordered a 12-inch St Paul pizza (take-out) and although I had high expectations it surpassed them. I especially loved the sausage. The deep dish pizza is dine-in only and I will be coming back to try it. I suggest going early as they have been selling out every night. Also be prepared to wait up to 45 minutes for the deep dish pizza. The menu isn’t available on the website yet so I posted it below.

Bartenders were spot on. Very attentive and made some spectacular mixed drinks. We got the croquettes, Fitz burger and steak. Definitely recommend the first two, steak was good but not out of this world. Atmosphere was also great! Definitely one of my favorite date spots.

The Fitz is a restaurant that went through a remodel and actually bounced back. The pizza additions to the menu give a better feel of the restaurant and the inside is somewhat casual. The deep dishes take awhile to order but are delicious. I'll definitely give The Fitz another try in the future.
