Boondocks Sports Grill - Marion

I made an online order not knowing the kitchen has been shut down for weeks. Instead of immediately calling me to let me know and refunding my money, they waited until I showed up to get my food. I guess since the owner wasn’t there the employee couldn’t refund me. Now the open light has been off all day and no one will answer the phone. About to do a charge back and report this to the appropriate agencies. It’s as simple as disabling online ordering or at least giving me my money back. This place seems shady and I hope to never have to deal with them again.

Came here at 8:00 at night they had no food no drinks no nothing. Save your time and go up another exit. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Our food was good, but as one of only three tables (none of us came in at the same time) on Saturday evening, it took 45 minutes to get our meals. At which point, one was delivered to our table. The second meal took another 8 minutes. The staff was far more interested in chatting at the front counter than anything else. Waitress apologized for the delay upon delivering our first plate, but offered no reasons beyond, yeah, I know it took too long. She did nothing to make up for the crazy long delay. Would not recommend.

Great restaurant for Marion! Good food, good service. Plenty of pool tables for entertainment also. We went during the week, I bet it's much busier on the weekend. I hear the bar serves up great drinks too! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
