Wendy's - Marietta

I *had* to rate this Wendy’s location on the app *before* I could ask a question of the customers, so I blindly gave Wendy’s on Roswell Road 4 Stars. We just moved here and I love Wendy’s! Burgers and chili, especially. My question is, can I walk inside to place a take~out order? Wendy’s is giving Singles away for $1 each during March, but I don’t want to wait 30 minutes in the drive thru. Can I go inside and order a $1 Single (plus the other $35 worth of food that we want) or will they expect me to wait in the drive-thru?

Worst Wendy's! They're over the street from my job, but NOT very comfortable. Every time I go there, they get my order wrong! I ordered a Southern Chicken Biscuit (Doesn 't come with bacon) and they added bacon. I'm allergic! Couldn't eat it or get back for a refund. I have repeatedly stopped ordering only one LARGE MINUTE MAID CHERRY LIMEADE NO ICE and they always get it wrong. A few days ago they put ice cream. When I told them no ice and returned the cup, they asked me to raise! For a drink? When I raised, a manager came out 3 minutes later to say they were out. I went back today and asked the employees to check before I paid. He says he remembers me and he hesitates before he checks. He comes back and says they have it. I remember it's not ice cream. He says they're ready for you. I'm going to the window and a new manager brings me my drink. Right color, no ice. I'm going to work. I drive to work and pull out the lid to see bubbles. I know this has no carbonization. I'll take a sip. It's Pop. I can't drink pop! I called Wendys and told them about the terrible service. The manager says she remembers me. Funny, they all remember, but can't get my order right! Needless to say I will get my refund and never return to this place!

Food is good, but customer service is terrible. Only ride thru is open and the checkout barely spoke, the person on the drive said nothing!! And we were the only ones there.

Went in after 2pm. Service was slow but that also resulted in food being fresh and fries right out of the fryer the main reason for the delay. 1/2 of tables were off limits for spacing but staff was slow to clean them off so most of us sat at dirty tables or cleaned them ourselves.
