Krystal - Marietta

I went to Krystal on Cobb Parkway today $29.01 was calculated to #29.01 (six times). The store had only 3 people in it to the staff. The older man is nice, but shouldn't run the register.

In the car drive thru 5 minutes?.nobody there before me?.no someone says nothing?.left and went to work and back?.same thing?.all within an hour?. not the first time I happened this at this point either?. I will not interfere with them anymore.?

We just picked up my son and his girlfriend from the airport and starved. We decided to stay here in Krystal, I really wish we hadn't let it tell me why. #1 We couldn't hear the lady on the intercom, so we had to drive around. She had a hard time listening to us. We ordered our first order and then ordered her, we got our order and it was good, but when it came to her order, it went all south. She came into the window and told us it would be another 10 minutes because they ran out of Krystals, saying what we were sitting there for 30 minutes and 10 more minutes in the line. We didn't want to wait so they asked what was ready that we could only get, they gave us 3 crystal chicks and 2 pommes and 2 applecakes. Not even near the sackful combo they had ordered. There were only 2 people working on the grill and the lady on the window. Supposed and many people left the ride because of waiting. When we drove away, there were at least 6 cars in the line, they were thrown with only 2 employees.

20 minutes, just to order, then wait a 20 minutes to get the food. It's 12:30 and there's a line around the building. Employees didn't mention anything. I know I'll get the same skillful answer that everyone else gets, but I didn't notice any change based on other people's comments. Update: an employee told us that the food would be ready in 20 minutes. It was 40 minutes and a line was still around the building. She made an excuse and gave us our money back. Never would have expected such a bad service from a fast food restaurant.

Had probably the worst customer service experience today that I've ever had. Waited 20 minutes in line at drive thru with almost no customers in the restaurant. No apology for the wait, got the order wrong and simply glared at by the person working the drive thru who never even spoke one word to me. I know people have bad days but this is ridiculous. The whole experience was awful.
