Jet's Pizza - Marietta

I ordered by door dash and left an evaluation with 3 stars on the DD app, but they refused my assessment because they don't want to lose money. they would rather buy people, not knowing other bad experiences for their use. I only marked it 1 star and said nothing. but I can get my experience here and they can't take it off. ): So, I ordered a big cheese. I have a big sauce in the round. most of the pizza was mainly sauce and barely cheese. I've never seen that before. when they look at a pizza, they should be eating and taste the sauce. do not see sauce and taste only sauce. So why on the cheese? $20 for a cheese pizza and I can't get a cheese? the sauce tasted like something, but make pizzas as they should be made or lose customers. I will never order from this place again.

First and last time here! I ordered a small deep dish pizza Jet 10 no olives. My first pizza was burnt and they didn’t give me garlic crust like I requested. Called and asked for a remake and it was worse than the first one. Burnt the pepperonis on it and also left some toppings off too. I paid almost $15 for this. I’m definitely not satisfied!

I told the person on the phone I've never ate there before. So I would need help with the menu. Although I had a couple questions, I definitely was quick about my questions. It is the weekend I get it. But when I kindly and simply ask and you make a customer feel unwelcome because you don't feel like talking. Its not great service and the lost of a paying customer. As far as the food, hell I didn't get that far but looks super delicious. I'll have to try the other pizza spot.

Pizza was burnt, dry, and cold by the time the driver delivered it. Absolutely horrible! I will never order from this location.
