I order here every time I come in town for work, usually around lunch time. The food is always consistently good. I love the Mac and cheese here. Collards have great flavor and the fried chicken is amazing.

I was looking for some soul food that was close to where I live now and this restaurant came up. I thought the reviews were decent so I figured I’d give them a try. I get home and open my box and the first thing that came out of my mouth is “IKYFL!” I spent $30. THIRTY AMERICAN DOLLARS for oxtails and THIS is what I got? I could buy more oxtail than that from Kroger. They oughta be ashamed of themselves. And I thought I found a black owned gem that I can frequent regularly, but they clearly don’t want my money anymore. I haven’t even tasted it, but the disrespect was enough to earn 1 star.

This was by far the worst of the worst soul food places I’ve ever been to. I was ashamed that I told my coworkers that we should eat there. I had cajun salmon that was not seasoned!!!! My cabbage was absolutely horrific, tasted like they seasoned it with vinegar and paprika ? my Mac and cheese was ok. One co worker ordered whiting that was burnt and had no taste the other had baked chicken that was dry and had no flavor either. We were all disappointed with what we ordered. Will NEVER go back
