Hog's Breath Cafe - Maribyrnong

We have been here a couple of times and the food, service, coffee is great. Served by Freud ( hope that's correct), she provides lovely service and always with a smile.The coffee especially is sensational. The ranch salad is a delight.

Went there with the family and wasn't very much impressed. Even though the food is not bad... but the service and atmosphere of this place is very average. I ordered a burger and the fries were cold and dry. You could see that I had been given the left overs of the pan. To me this is one time only restaurant....

Wanted to take my partner here for her 1st time to try a Hogs Breath Cafe and it was a bad mistake....Steaks way over cooked and one steak there was more fat left on the plate than the piece of steak we got to eat. We complained they did not replace the steak or give us our money back for it.Never going there again Highpoint Hogs Breath SUCKED

The food was good and the atmosphere is nice. Only issue was my order was wrong and I didn't get an apology. I'm not sure if its an Australian thing because I have now been to three restaurants where orders have been wrong and not once have any of us had an apology. Would have been a great meal otherwise.

We visited Hog's Breath at Highpoint Shopping Centre before heading to Tullamarine Airport. I ordered a Steak with Mushrooms medium rare, but it came out medium well and was tough to eat. The veggies and wedges were decent. The rest of the group ordered burgers and seemed to enjoy them without any complaints. Overall, the meals were average. On a positive note, the service we received was excellent and our waiter, "Broadway," was awesome!
