Jioio's - margeurite

Everyone loves there pizza i got chicken parmesan very good .

One waitress on duty and every table was full. Definitely not my favorite pizza. Very sweet, crust was soggy.

Public warning that their online ordering (even though it appears as Jioios website) is run by Door Dash, which the management uses to not take accountability for missing or screwed up orders to not refund you. We ordered online, showed up 10 min AFTER the order was ready and proceeded to wait another 1 hr and 30 min after the pick up time for a pizza they messed up, decided not to replace (because we asked for a refund and a new pizza), and then a burnt pizza. All the while arguing with us and telling us it 's what we ordered though we have the slip from then. We get home and are missing 3 more items...call the restaurant back and they just argue again. No accountability, rudeness and should not be taking any online orders because they have no intent on making it right. Don 't waste your time or money.

Service is absolutely terrible.....food great...seems so quiet and nothing happening there at all

I am originally from the area and always loved Jioios. This past week I returned to the area for the day and didn’t want to miss the opportunity to go there. BIG MISTAKE! Terrible service. Terrible food. Took forever! Save yourself from this mistake I experienced!!
