Donna's Caribbean Warehouse - Margate

I have ordered about 4 to 5 times and each time the food was not the best. However, I believe in second chances, so I thought I would give it another try. I ordered the jerk chicken and a brown stew snapper. Unfortunately, the food was not good, again. As a Jamaican, I expected flavor and this was flavorless. If I had my eyes closed I would not know that I was eating rice and peas or jerk chicken. Tasted like unflavored baked chicken and the fish was no better. My 15-year-old daughter used ketchup to give it some flavor. I called the store, not to get back a refund, but to inform them about the food. She didn't seem so concerned, so I decided to write the review. I have never called to report my dissatisfaction, but I was compelled because I had ordered multiple times hoping that the food would improve. I will not be purchasing at this store again.

The food is not the problem it's delicious.. it's the customer service. I am never going there again. I don't want to feel upset everything I PAY for my food. Smh.. crazy. I am not Jamaican I just enjoy the food but I guess me not being Jamaican makes them feel like they can talk to me like s

We arrived to visit family and they recommended Caribbean food in Margate. We ordered the oxtail dish and the brown stew chicken. My hubby and myself loved the oxtail, the brown stew was okay, rice was okay and the cabbage okay. Service was friendly and food is pre made so there's very little waiting. A nice spot especially after a nice drive.

Most of the time I've been ordering my meals to go. It's very busy on location but I do like the oxtail and stew peas the most.

Service is soooooooo unbearably slow in this place, and they are mask Nazis two years into Covid. I guess we are expected to just wear masks forever now.
