Hotel rooms getting old but clean. The grounds need cleaning up leaves everywhere. The pool was full of leaves so could not swim. Liked the idea of the kitchen area where you could do own cooking. Rooms: 2 Service: 2 Location: 4 Hotel highlights: Quiet

All staff are lovely except for the manager Justin. The way he treats staff members (women in particular) is absolutely disgusting. Asking them personal, sometimes sexual questions that are completely inappropriate. I'm sure that Stay Margaret River will thrive without him and staff members will feel a lot safer.

Stayed here recently for a short trip and was pleasantly surprised. The whole stay was so comfortable. Check in was smooth, room nice and tidy, even complimentary drinks in the minibar. The beds were SO comfy also! The pool could probably do with a bit of a clean but other than that was great value for what we paid. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Great value
