This is the mother of all food trucks!!! However they're now much more than a food truck since they operate out of 60s/70s ranch style home.
This food truck serving up falafel and other Mediterranean foods is a must hit if you're visiting Marfa.
Had both the Marfalafel and the braised pork burrito, and both were delicious! The caramelized onions went well with the pork, and the burritos itself was
