Le Bistrot - Mareuil-sur-Ay

Staff were unwelcoming and inattentive. Food was over cooked greasy. We had booked the last sitting of the day and they made it clear that this was inconvenient. Unpleasant experience.

A good little bistro, good cooking and good reception.

We were seated, asked for our water orders and then left for 30 minutes only when we asked if we could order did they inform us we were too early and that the kitchen is not open for another 30minutes. Such a waste of time they could have told us that before we paid for two bottles of water

A treat still today, beautifully composed salad, and a beef tartar with excellent fries

Their perigourdine salad and Demoisel for dessert, delicious. The local champagne Bénard blancs de blanc is also top. The local vegetables, super friendly service and nice seating make it an authentic recommendation! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
