Corner Cantina - Marengo

Our first visit was lackluster but we decided to try again. The second visit was worse than the first. The server acted as though she was inconvenienced by our business. The music was so loud I could barely have a conversation at the table (it was lunch time). The food was ok at best and very pricey. Needless to say, there will not be a third attempt.Kid-friendliness: The restaurant does not offer the traditional kids staples like chicken tenders or hot dogs.

This restaurant is operating under another name and owner now, not sure what the name is. Service was terrible and the food was not great. Tiny margaritas with almost no alcohol in them. Gristly steak tacos that are also tiny. Probably wait for this place to go out of business and another mexican restaurant pops up here.

Wow! Haven't traveled back to grandma's kitchen in a long while. I had the pleasure to devoure their Steak Dinner. From the acquired seasoning to Maria's Salsa wow. I honestly can say I left an empty plate. Price is reasonable, but over all freshness and very well seasoned steak is what did it for me. I definitely recommend her menu. Stop on by Marengo seems like we have a hidden GEM.
