Food good, staff always super nice, store itself is usually clean or being cleaned

I eat at this particular Pollo T. for lunch, at least 3 times a week, and they usually get it right. The only issue I have is that occasionally, I get dry chicken, or the serving of brown rice has hard, crunchy grains in it. Or my serving of black beans is mostly juice.

They always mess up my order. Something is always missing . They just grap it up carefully one thing on top of the other so you don't notice the missing things. They just want to work too fast and get rid of the drive thru and front line so they don't pay attention on what they're doing .

How are you pollo tropical and don’t have any beans at all? It’s 5:00 and you ran out of beans? That’s ridiculous
