Red Rooster - Mareeba

The restaurant had a much improved layout. The team members working appeared to be identical twins. They provided excellent customer service, displayed outstanding teamwork, and had excellent communication amongst themselves. Keep up the good work!

This is a review of KFC. The food is consistently the same every time you go there. The fries could use more salt.

We usta go here but after going to the toilet a few times and finding the buns delivered to the toilets on crates .. no thank you! staff were always making out a basic order is hard and serving customers was a inconvenience.. they were also untidy and ill kept in appearance.

However, there are positives to highlight as well. The available menu items were well-presented, delicious, and affordable. I was able to feed both my elderly Dad and myself for only $16 during lunch. The franchisees were friendly, and the service was relatively quick, considering that fried items were cooked fresh. It was surprising to see Red Rooster, originally known for its barbecue offerings, now serving fried chicken. Nevertheless, the Salt & Vinegar Chicken Chippies were particularly tasty.

Ordered a family meal deal for $25 (4 rolls chips). Food average. The whole building inside and out needs to be refurbished as it looks like it hasn’t been updated since the ‘80s which is off putting. Doesn’t look or feel the cleanest.
