Dragon Palace Restaurant - MARDEN

I had a five-star experience at Dragons Palace. They went above and beyond by delivering to my home, even though I was outside of their normal delivery zone. The customer service during delivery was exceptional - efficient, friendly, and they seemed genuinely proud of their food (they even included some complimentary prawn chips!). My friends and I ordered the Crispy Honey Chicken, Sweet Sour Chicken, Braised Steak with Black Beans, and fried rice. Everyone loved their meals, and the prices were reasonable (roughly $60 for three people with leftovers). I will definitely be dining here again.

We decided to give this restaurant a second try and we were pleased with our experience. The food was delicious and the service has significantly improved.

This Chinese restaurant isn't the absolute best I've ever had, but it's certainly not the worst either. They consistently deliver orders on time and we've never had any issues with our food. I particularly enjoy their fried rice, and the portions are good value for money.

This used to be a good option for take away, but tonight's service has put me off for good. Vegetables and Fried Rice had hair in them. Called to advise, they seemed disinterested. Eventually told me to bring our food in to show them. They cooked another Vegetable dish for us, but not Fried Rice. Never said sorry, nothing apologetic about the staff... :

The sevice staff often look confused and way too busy but the food is well priced, reliable and good quality.
