Mcdonald's - Marco Island

Went to this McDonald's drive thru at 10:15 this morning. Asked for lunch menu items and was told don't have them, asked for a diet coke was told don't have any soda.

Most incompetent servers of any fast food place we've ever been in, this was our 2nd visit and will be the LAST! First visit was even worse. We are full time residents of this Island and will not recommend this to anyone. Had to put a rating in to post this there was not any stars so we HAD to put something in there. Trust me we would never give it ANY stars if we didn't have to!

Good and bad. The locals seem to like the relaxed feeling of these Mcdees. I have seen the feeling of the community in the USA. Had no ice for our late afternoon treatment. The staff was friendly, but it seemed a bit chaotic

With the kiosk arrived and ordered, great contactless experience. The staff was really friendly and made us appreciate how we got our order.

The building goes here in the parking lot, only a car open... And the crew is scary to get your order out. And my contractor, as busy as it was, was professional and conscientious... They're the people with every McDonald that makes the difference and that's a good one!
