Cafe Am Gruen - Marburg

This is a really great place: a part of the political (left) bookstore red star and for years they have been offering breakfast and cake in a beautiful house right next to the river. If they have luck, they can sit directly at the riverside in a sunny day! Everything tastes great and the prices are very reasonable. Moreover, they have a price system in which they can decide to pay a little more or less, depending on what they can afford. make sure to visit at marburg!

Cosy café with many vegan options. Plant milk does not cost extra and if you cannot afford to pay the whole price for your drink, there is an option to pay less. The staff is super nice and helpful. One of my favorite places to stop in Marburg.

This café has such a nice atmosphere. I had a vegan chocolate cake and oatmilk cappuccino, but there were lots of options. Depending on what you can afford, you can choose to pay a bit more or a bit less, which I think is a really nice touch : . Would recommend!
