Villa Toscana - Marbella

The last 2 times I have used their delivery service it has resulted in the wrong delivery times by a big difference in what was requested, bad and wrong food, and they refuse to give a refund. I will never use them again, and would not recommend!

Horrible! First time ordering was great but then bit by bit it became a disaster and disappointment. Today was the last time we ordered. Cold pizza, my husband ordered pepperoni with extra onions he got margarita with onions. Choose wisely when ordering pizza and do not order here

We have ordered from Villa Toscana a couple of times and have been satisfied with the food. The last time we ordered with vegan cheese and I became very sick, I am allergic. The three pizzas smelled and tasted molded and called Toscana and said it is either regular blue cheese or the cheese is molded. They asked us to come by and we sent the pizzas back with an Uber. The manager Luke first called back and confirmed they smelled and tasted strange and that he have never smelled/tasted something like it and promises to look into it and get back. An hour later another person texts back and says nothing is wrong, everything is correct, sending pictures of the kitchen(? etc. We call her up but she eventually just hangs up the phone. Never had such an unrealistic bad service experience. Unlucky ending of the Christmas weekend with a lot of stomach pain and a visit to the hospital. The could at least have apologized when the manager confirmed something was wrong.

Don't hesitate, here you will be great! good location, easy parking, jose and klodiana we serve great, very friendly and pleasant, a attention to assist in more places. very well decorated place, both for lunch and for a drink with friends. We'll be safe!

Attentive and very friendly staff, rich food and wonderful place to spend a pleasant time, we will definitely come back.
