Magna Cafe - Marbella

We have been regulars at this restaurant for a few years but we made our last trip tonight. The food has deteriorated, the portions are smaller and the quality is poor. We were kept waiting almost an hour between our starters and main course and given the excuse that there was a large table they had to look after. This table actually arrived after us which was very frustrating. They tried to fob us off with a glass of cheap cava which didn’t work. It was a very disappointing evening.

The service was terrible!!!!!! It was my mothers birthday, and we always eat at Magna on my mothers birthday. But something has change. The staff is so not interested to work. You had to fetch the staff to beg them to do some service. Food is great as always, but the staff need some help…

We’ve been here many times before and have always been satisfied but tonight was a hot mess express. We came at 8 pm, they brought the cocktails, starters and bread we asked to wait with the wine since they came with it while we had our cocktails. Then 2 hours went by and no one checked in on us during this time. When we asked for our main course, we never got an answer just the plates delivered and no explanation. When we later complained they just looked bored and tired. I’m most disappointed over how they handled the situation and over their attitude!!

Lugar acogedormuy buen ambiente nada ruidoso muy limpio y personal muy atento

Una cena perfecta. Tanto el servicio como la comida y el producto servido fue más que sobresaliente. El ambiente fue de lo más agradable, con música en directo y unas vistas preciosas.
