Ribshack is located at the FOOD AVENUE, 2nd level of Mall of Ace Centerpoint. It is one of the several concessionaires offering a wide variety of food choices. RIBSHACK specializes in grilled food, specifically chicken, pork, and fish. You have an option to have unlimited rice. Quite busy at peak hours, especially at lunch when the FOOD AVENUE is full of diners. I love the grilled chicken and the Korean-style grilled pork. Their steaks are very dry and unpresentable. Barely enough sauce to cover the entire meat. And the meat itself is very bland that some of my friends weren't able to finish their meal. That was for their backrib meal which is a hefty 209 pesos and looks NOTHING like a backrib. The 129 peso spare rib is even worse. It looks like a botched-up tapa that doesnt remotely resemble a spare rib AT ALL. It looks more like an ordinary tapa and is much drier than the backrib.
