Svendo had a good opinion from friends we went me and my wife to dinner in this great local prentando indeed all great tortellini in brodo tagliatelle to the mushrooms gnicco and tigelle and grjgliata musta fabulous tastes of sweet xon account really honest ...
The farm the shepherd is a farm immediately away from everyday life. surrounded and immersed in the hills, between a small farm there is this place in my opinion beautiful but unpredictable. traditional dishes like a grandmother, very nice and friendly service. quality good price tris of first -tortelloni , typical gnomes and tagliatelle a mixed grill that my boy did not particularly appreciate dumpling and tigelle with sweet cutter ricotta alce with wood fruits total wine 55€ super recommended tagliatelle with wild boar ragù.
The environment is that of the Appennine of modena that overlooks the valley of the whisk. already the landscape nourishes the spirit!(a glazed room allows a lunch or dinner with view this farm has a long and lively history of family management that is perceived in the friendliness of the owners and staff and of course passes in the dishes: over the years they bring to the table genuine flavors, strictly of the territory and based on their resources (the sheep that can be seen and visited as an attraction for the little ones) to taste, therefore the products based on their ricotta: the tortelli, scattered in their pure goto or balls ricotta their invention that together with the tagliatelle to the wild boar represent a tris of first winners! and also sweet with ricotta, superlative! the tigelle and gnocco as other typical dishes honor the tradition, but with a touch of personal originality to discover!
Farmhouse immersed in the hills between casona and pavullo (loc. festival home cooking typical emilia, excellent pasta (even if drawn a little too finely) and raw materials at km0. very kind staff, helpful and especially at hand, seems to be guest at the house of the grandmother on Sunday. some notes about men, not too articulate and with some sin: curled slices, cut the ham so thin that it was then a small distractable cluster at the time of need, too thin paste as for example for tagliatelle that then had become a dessert to the spoon. Congruous price. in conclusion I recommend it especially for repatriates between friends or family meetings, great for children who can enjoy admiring chickens, peacocks, goats, rabbits and many other farm animals.
